Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on 88bet, the user must meet the following conditions:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided during registration must be true, accurate and complete.
• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• The user is creating the account in their own name and for their own use — not on behalf of a third party.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential.

After registration, 88bet may at any time request additional documents for identity verification. Account activity may be temporarily restricted until verification is complete.

2.1 Account Security

Any unauthorised access to a user's account must be reported to the 88bet support team immediately. 88bet will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing account details with a third party. If suspicious activity is detected, 88bet may take steps to secure the account on its own initiative.

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

All gaming and betting activity on 88bet is strictly limited to users aged 21 and above. At any stage of registration, 88bet may request any one of the following documents for age verification:

• A clear copy of the National Identity Card (NID)
• A copy of the relevant pages of a passport
• Birth registration certificate (where applicable)

Information submitted for identity verification will be used only for the verification process and will be kept secure in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Personal information will never be sold to third parties.

Withdrawals cannot be processed without completed verification. If anyone has provided false identity information, all transactions on that account will be considered void.

Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 88bet is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be reflected in the account. If a deposit fails, the amount will be returned within the specified time.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted, and if such a transaction is identified, the account may come under investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be approved. For withdrawals involving bonuses, wagering requirements must be met. 88bet reserves the right to request additional verification for unusual withdrawal patterns.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

88bet is committed to preventing money laundering and financial fraud. If a suspicious transaction is identified, 88bet may investigate the relevant account and notify the relevant authorities if necessary. Deposits may only be made for gaming purposes — they may not be used as a tool for transferring funds.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

The 88bet welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw a bonus after claiming it, wagering of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed.

The following rules apply to bonuses:

• Each new user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses from multiple accounts while a bonus is active, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirements have been met.
• 88bet may offer any promotion for a limited time and reserves the right to change or withdraw it without prior notice.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled and any related winnings may be forfeited.

5.1 VIP Program and Cashback

The 88bet VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback applies at each level — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week. Advancement to a higher VIP level depends on the user's activity and participation.

Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports betting, live casino, slots and other gaming products on 88bet must be used in accordance with the rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Arbitrage betting or systematically exploiting bonus advantages.
• Using any automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors in games or the betting system.
• Using another user's account details.
• Attempting to influence the system in a coordinated or organised manner.

6.1 Betting Results and Disputes

All betting results are determined based on official outcomes. If a match is cancelled or suspended mid-way, bets will be settled according to 88bet's rules. If a match is disrupted due to a technical issue, 88bet reserves the right to review the relevant bets.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply. If a technical error occurs with odds, 88bet reserves the right to void the relevant bet and the staked amount will be returned.

Account Suspension and Closure

88bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity on the platform.
• Failure or inconsistency in age verification.
• Extended period of account inactivity.

In the case of permanent closure, any valid balance in the account (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user, unless the account is linked to fraud.

Limitation of Liability

88bet strives to provide uninterrupted and error-free service on its platform. However, 88bet is not liable for the following:

• Missing a bet or game due to internet disconnection or a problem with the user's device.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment systems.
• Service interruption due to unexpected technical issues or scheduled server maintenance.
• Loss resulting from the user keeping their account details insecure.

88bet's maximum liability in any case will not exceed the value of that specific transaction by the user. 88bet is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information will not be transferred to any third party without the user's consent, except where required by law. By registering on 88bet, the user gives consent to the collection and use of their information.
